Involve the users workshop
On the 27th of January, Funka together with Norwegian and Finnish disability organizations has co-organized an online workshop on user involvement. It was a part of the Involve the users research project.
The interactive online workshop offered not only a presentation of the project results, but also interesting discussions on involvement of people with disabilities in product development and research.
The event was aimed at end users with disabilities, disabled persons organisations, public sector, user testing-companies and researchers. The audience and invited experts had an opportunity to reflect upon the main challenges when it comes to user-involvement, what could be done together to improve the situation, as well as what the next step should be.
The workshop was recorded and can be seen online with English speech, International sign language interpretation and English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish captions.
