• the partnership in the Sunfrail Project (Public Health Call, 2015);
• the coordination of the CONSENSO Project (Alpine Space Programme, 2015);
• the associated partnership in the ADVANTAGE Joint Action (through its Economic and Social Research Institute – IRES).

One of the latest projects awarded to the main University Hospital of the Region (Città della Salute e della Scienza, based in Torino) is “Casa nel Parco” (European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2014/2020; European Social Fund (ESF) 2014/2020).

The project will be embedded into an institutional service, such as the home hospitalisation, thus becoming a test bed setting for innovative telemonitoring devices jointly designed by manufacturers and end-users.

Piemonte RS is particularly proud to let the RSs community know about this project because it perfectly fits the recommendations of the EIP on AHA since its origins. The quadruple helix approach is perfectly represented in the “Casa nel Parco Project” as a public hospital, academia, industry, citizens and healthcare staff will be collaborating for the benefit of a frail population. The project’s partner representing one of the RS’s University Hospital was invited to present “Casa nel Parco” at the last B3 AG meeting in Brussels on November, 14th, 2018.
