Literature review
This report provides an overview of scientific articles and research related to user testing from the last 10 years.
The literature review gathered relevant scientific information about user testing activities and experiences among researchers in the past 10 years. Having looked at more than 1000 literature units, we identified 83 relevant papers. They are presented in 3 categories: (1) good practices before testing, (2) good practices during the testing, and (3) good practices after testing.
