This output provides an overview of best practices related to inclusive and accessible user testing, listing good practices both from the private and public sector.

This report provides an overview of a number of good practices for involving persons with disability in user research conducted by UX professionals. It lists ten best practices, with details on the focal points as well as on the methods, material/equipment used and the prerequisites for the implementation of the practice. The focus is on both providing practical examples and inspiration for how to develop and implement accessible and inclusive user testing in different settings.

The primary audience is teachers and students involved in UX training programmes at higher education level. However, the examples and resources can also be used by UX professionals that already have some experience. They may also be of interest to other professionals working on the development and testing of products and services intended for a wider public.
